Welcome to Sammy's German Crash Course. By enrolling in this Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. 
 
1. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to ensure this Course is the right fit for you.
  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made in writing via email to germanwithsammy@gmail.com within exactly 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
  • Eligibility: Refunds are granted unconditionally upon request within the 14-day window.
  • Forfeiture: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after the 14th day following your purchase.
2. Intellectual Property Protection
All materials within this Course—including but not limited to video lessons, text modules, worksheets, downloadable guides, graphics, and flaschcards—are the exclusive intellectual property of GermanwithSammy LLC
  • Single-User License: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, educational use only.
  • Strict Prohibitions: You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or publicly display any course content.
  • No Credential Sharing: Sharing your Kajabi login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
  • No Coupon Sharing: Sharing a coupon for this Course with anyone else is strictly prohibited. 
  • Lifetime Access grant means you receive access to the course materials and course community for the operational life of the specific course. This access remains active as long as GermanwithSammy LLC actively maintains, hosts, and supports this specific product line, including the GermanwithSammy Discord server.
    We reserve the right to discontinue the course at any time. If we choose to permanently close or retire the course, you will receive a minimum of 30 days advance notice via email. During this notice period, you will be given the opportunity to download any downloadable core resources and materials before final deletion.
    This access is strictly non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Lifetime access does not include any future major revisions, sister courses, or separate versions of the product that require a new purchase tier.
3. Account Termination
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Course, without notice and without a refund, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your login details, pirating content, or engaging in abusive behavior in any course communities.
 
4. Earnings and Guarantees Disclaimer
  • No Guarantees: You acknowledge and agree that GermanwithSammy LLC makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding your specific results, earnings, or outcomes from taking this Course. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for this Course.
  • Individual Responsibility: Your success depends entirely on your own effort, dedication, background, and implementation. Any testimonials or examples shown are exceptional results and do not represent a guarantee that you will achieve the same outcomes.
5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
  • We promote a respectful community. Harassment, abusive language, or unauthorized promotion of other services within our course comments or community groups will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.
