Our Course and storefront are hosted by Kajabi. Your data is stored through Kajabi’s data storage, databases, and the general Kajabi application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. By purchasing our Course, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be transferred to and processed through Kajabi's secure infrastructure.
 
 
4. PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are handled securely through native payment processors integrated with our Kajabi platform (such as Kajabi Payments or Stripe). GermanwithSammy LLC does not see or store your full credit card numbers or banking data. All payment details are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology by the payment processor.
 
 
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Because we do not use outside third-party marketing or tracking tools, our site relies strictly on necessary, functional cookies served natively by Kajabi. These cookies ensure the website functions correctly, track student login sessions, and remember user preferences.
